At Modern Design Flooring, Inc., we are committed to providing the best quality flooring products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Custom orders or installed products are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in the product or installation.
Return Process

You will need to provide proof of purchase and the reason for the return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exclusions
Products that have been installed, altered, or used are not eligible for a refund.
Special orders and clearance items are also excluded from the refund policy.
